Mô tả việc làm: General Description:
Coordinates activities and tools dealing with employment issues.
Administers human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations. Researches and analyzes data pertaining to human resources
Assist in establishing smooth communication channel to receive employee’s concerns / suggestion and ensuring a healthy work environment for all the employees.
Leads the Employee Relations team and Labor Union in employee relations, Entertainment, and other union issues in order to meet business requirements.
Associated Job Duties:
● Coordinates efforts guage and maintain a healthy work environment at the site and ensure that employee grievances/complaints and recommendations are heard.
● Manages the proper documentation processes that will ensure any and all actions are well
documented.
● To be responsible for ensuring that all necessary government related approvals are obtained and
complied with and also any immigration matters pertaining to work permits and visa applications.
● Informs area manager or site manager regarding trends in behavioral/absenteeism issues.
● May or may not lead a group of specialists in this area.
● Conducts regular assessments to gauge work environment.
● Conducts follow-up meetings with personnel regarding employee issues.
● Documents any and all personnel issues and behaviors as well as actions taken.
● Provides follow-up on Absenteeism issues.
● To set up and manage the company cooperative efficiently and successfully. Provides effective 2- way communication in order to maintain good employee relations.
● To participate and support in the employee orientation program for both Direct and Indirect Labor..
● Assist in the organization of company activities, such as: To organise and coordinate sports activities
together with the Sports and Social Committee
● Receive and provide feedback DL employees’ grievance/ complaints and suggestions, through Tea talk, town hall, web cast, suggestion box and employee survey.
● Administer disciplinary matters of DL employees in accordance with the company policy.
● Participate in the exit interview of DL employees and submit the turnover analysis report to management for their action.
● Coordinate the benefits related activities by working with ER Committee, e.g. birthday party, beer party and etc.
● To provide the necessary ER services to all employees and to manage the ER Assistants in all ER job scope
● Advises on employee relations and union issues.
● Coordinates communication processes in order to develop and maintain a cooperative and motivated workforce.
Reporting Authority
Reports to Human Resources or Employment Manager
Kỹ năng tối thiểu: ● Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field.
● Plus at least 3-5 years experience in the field.
