| Mô tả việc làm: |
• Liaises with clients to identify recruitment needs and provide assistance with the implementation of human resources initiatives to support organizational development. • Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. • Develops and maintains network of client contacts to monitor their needs for our services • Actively seek and add to the company’s database of qualified candidates from different sources. • Reviews applications, screens and refers candidates for interviews. • Performs reference and background checks on applicants and initiates offers of employment. • Administration of employment offers and contracts; • Provide analysis/assessment & consultation on restructuring of clients HR & HR development |
| Kỹ năng tối thiểu: |
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably in HR Management or marketing. • Demonstrated successful relevant experience in a Recruitment focused role, preferably from the banking, IT or Real Estate, Education and management. • Experience in developing and implementing HR recruitment strategies. • Strong relationship management skills. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proactive in seeking new opportunities • Creative in all facets of the business and strong believer in one’s own ideas • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise. • Experience in HR consultation is a plus |
